The order from Unibail Rodamco – the owner of the most prestigious shopping centres in Warsaw, involved the renovation works in the part of the first-floor passage in Galeria Mokotów.
The goal of the task was to create an exclusive zone – The Designer Gallery. It was one of the most interesting investment tasks carried out by Rembor General.
- All works in the Shopping Centre could have been carried out only at night, at certain times.
- These included replacing the floor and laying the parquet floor, replacing ceilings, column cladding, changing the arrangement of the rotunda, as well as upgrading existing installations.
- The scaffolding forest set up permanently in the passage for the duration of the investment could not in any way hinder the movement of the Gallery and block access to boutiques because the Centre was functioning normally during the day.
